Water Baths
Water baths are steel containers that can be filled with a fluid medium used in heat-exchanging processes. A water bath typically contains a firetube and a coil; the firetube is used to heat the fluid medium, which in turn heats the medium running through the coil. Water baths can be constructed in horizontal or vertical configurations. All water baths are leak tested.

Firetubes
Firetubes are typically made from pipe sections and are sized and configured based on burner and heat requirements. Firetubes are typically used in conjunction with water baths. Firetubes can be welded in or mated with flanges for repair or inspection. Firetubes are tested for leaks.

Stacks
Stacks are typically made from pipe sections and typically used to exhaust burners. Stacks are traditionally used with fire tubes and are sized for the output of the burner. Stacks can be single short sections or multiple bolt-together sections.

Skids
Atlas can incorporate numerous features into the fabrication of oilfield skids. A skid is a structural steel apparatus that equipment can be mounted to. Atlas can include lifting eyes, fork pockets, and pull bars to ease the loading of equipment. Skids can also be built to be fully contained to ensure fluids are captured. Grating and stairs can also be added to ease personnel usage.
